Payment is required in advance and a contract is required to be signed. Images need to be pre-selected but can be added on. Virtual staging services can take 24-48 hours, depending on number of photos needing to be staged and revisions. Each delivered photo is allowed one major revision/redo and 3 minor revisions. Realtors will be asked to provide furniture style and arrangement but can leave it to our discretion if no preference.
